Please tell us your favourites and what you are looking for in a room.

As we have a very large number of rooms, it is organisationally easiest to hold the first appointment in an online meeting. This way, we can find out together what is important to you for the future room and which of our rooms come into question.
After the favourites have been decided, we can of course make a second appointment on site.

Room Handover Information

Please consider the following points when handing over your room or studio:

The room must be handed over swept clean.

Waste and recycling (paper, cardboard, glass, aluminum, etc.) must be removed from the room and shared areas.

All personal belongings must be taken – anything left behind will be disposed of.

The same furniture and bed linen as listed in the move-in protocol must be present in the room.

All food leftovers must be removed.

Leave the room key in the room door.

Leave the room door open.

Place the apartment and house keys on the room desk.

The handover report will be sent to you by email.

Please send us your new postal address – either in reply to our handover report email or directly to our info email address.

Also provide your bank details (IBAN and account holder) for the security deposit refund.

You can pick up the key at the reception of the Tailormade Hotel LEO St. Gallen - just a few minutes' walk from the train station and with 24-hour service.
