As we have a very large number of rooms, it is organisationally easiest to hold the first appointment in an online meeting. This way, we can find out together what is important to you for the future room and which of our rooms come into question.
After the favourites have been decided, we can of course make a second appointment on site.

Please prepare your room to be swept clean. This means that you should take or dispose of all your personal belongings, including items and food from the kitchen and bathroom.

As we will not be present in person when you leave, we ask you to put the keys to your apartment on the desk, leave the room key in the lock from the inside and leave the room door open.

We will come by at a later date to draw up the handover protocol and collect the keys.
